Not Seeing Your Courses?

Students: Courses will show in your My Courses list when instructors make them available. If you are concerned that you are not enrolled in the correct course verify enrollment through PAWS.

Faculty: If you are not finding your course in Blackboard, verify that you are listed as instructor of record. Consult with the administrative assistant in your department if you are unsure.

Not able to login to Blackboard? You may need to reset your password.

eAccount passwords for some users have expired and will require a reset. Please use Password Help to reset your password.

Blackboard Issues?

If you discover an ERROR or ISSUE that you would like to report, please email itc@colostate-pueblo.edu, and include the following information:

  • Put BLACKBOARD ISSUE in the subject line.
  • The browser type when the issue occured (ie - Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc..).
  • Any steps to replicate the issue.
  • Your contact information so we can get back to you.

Be sure to check the Known Issues link if you are experiencing any problems. It will be updated quickly with any problem that may appear!
